Just in time for spooky season, Jordan Brand and Zion Williamson return to the Voodoo storyline with the Air Jordan 1 Low “Voodoo Alternate.” The follow-up trades the earth tones of the first pair for a moody mix of purples and greys, leaning into hand-crafted cues and talisman graphics while keeping the AJ1’s everyday wearability.

Design & Story

The “Voodoo Alternate” reads like a stitched-together charm. Canvas and suede panels in Regency Purple, Dark Raisin, Daybreak and charcoal tones are joined by exposed cross-stitching that runs across the midfoot. A black Swoosh anchors the lateral side, while a mini Swoosh at the toe, rope-style laces, and contrast embroidery add texture.
Look closer and the theme comes alive: skull patches near the heel, bone-inspired glyphs on the insoles, and a mint-tinted Wings logo on the back. Underfoot, a Light Silver outsole and neutral midsole keep the palette balanced, letting the patchwork and symbols do the talking.

Release Information

Jordan Brand is lining this one up for late October through Nike and select retailers. With raffles already open at several shops, demand is building as Halloween approaches. Expect a standard AJ1 Low fit with premium materials and distinctive storytelling details.
